HOW IS IT PACKAGED?
We package your item in a branded luxury box and it comes with a genuine leather protection pouch to keep your product in a pristine condition. We can fit up to 2 bracelets in each box unless you request an additional box for free.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to offer you a full refund for any purchase made directly from our online
store within 14 days. Please send us an email as soon as possible via the contact form
on the contact page and let us know of your intention to return the product. If you contact us within the 14 days we will issue you the instruction on how to return the
item. It is vital that the product(s) is returned in the original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and with all labels attached.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of your intention to return the item, so that we can supply you with the returns address and we will also confirm by email when we have received it, the condition it is in, and then refund you.
However... Please be aware that we will not cover or refund the cost of shipping for the item unless the item(s) is damaged, or you received the wrong item than you purchased.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Hauora ensures that we only make high-quality handmade pieces. It is natural that jewellery may tarnish over time so we recommend you take the following care to preserve the longevity of your product.
- Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals (i.e. perfume, sea water, sweat, moisturiser and chlorine). Consistent contact with these liquids will damage your piece of jewellery over time.
- Do not expose your jewellery to humidity for long periods of time and ensure it is not stored in direct sunlight
- Displaying your jewellery in humid conditions or in cabinets under strong or direct lighting will accelerate tarnishing.
- Make sure you thoroughly dry your items if exposed to water.
- Remove your item when doing sports or other heavy duty activities.
- Keep the product in the Hauora leather pouch provided when not using it.
- Remove all Jewellery before taking a shower or bath
